Love Grows― The Gardens of Castle Rock ―

Designed by Glenn Switzer, we were contracted for our stone masonry craftsmanship, our team installed stone on this new event center bathroom building. The design was to build with reclaimed Fond du Lac Chilton, Limestone and Granite in a mortared random ashlar pattern, which lent to it looking established. The wooden portion would look like it was built upon a stone building from another era.

The Gardens of Castle Rock is Northfield and Farmington's most beautiful place to get married and the designer wanted to create many places for conversations and pictures. In addition, we build two feature walls. The first is a traditional drystone freestanding curved wall with Bluestone cheek-end. The second is a traditional drystone freestanding straight wall with a “lunky,” which is a hole in the wall that allows animals such as sheep, to pass through. Both feature walls have a vertical copes fashioned to match the British Isles style.
